So, who am I? I'm a seasoned e-commerce pro, having spent almost 10 years growing from customer support to a Senior Marketplace Operations Manager. I absolutely love diving deep into how online platforms work, making sure apps and themes play nice, and basically ensuring everything runs smoothly for merchants and partners. It's all about making digital experiences awesome!
Outside of work, you'll definitely find me hitting the trails on my bike (or in my 4Runner!), drumming away, or just enjoying the great outdoors. I'm all about building cool stuff, solving tricky puzzles, and always learning something new.
